Covid-19 - New Restrictions

Following the announcement of an England wide lockdown until at least 2nd December 2020, Cedars House will now not be accepting any bookings for arrival before Friday 4th December 2020.  As we believe that the "Rule of Six" will then still apply, we are offering a smaller wing of Cedars House to allow smaller groups of up to 6 guests to stay in a five (or fewer, we’re very flexible) bedroom wing of the house at a lower price.  We we can offer smaller sections of the house for small groups, contact us for information and to discuss pricing. For further information about the different configurations of the house, please visit out "About Cedars House" page. You can book either the whole house or the smaller wing, but whichever you select the maximum party size is currently 6 guests.  When you book, you will have exclusive use. There won’t be anyone else staying in the other part of the house if you select the smaller version.

About Cedars House

Jan and Jonathan Knibbs welcome you to Cedars House which they have lovingly restored over the years. They married in 1992 and bought the house a few years later. It provided a lovely family home for their children Jake and twins Alice and Matt and gave them the space they needed to run around and play many games such as "hide and seek".  The house was turned into quality self catering holiday accommodation in 2015 and is now available as either an 8 bedroom house, sleeping 20, or a 5 bedroom wing of the house with beds for up to 12 guests.

"A lovely place to meet with our friends for walking and eating. Plenty of space and such quirky decor, only wish I had had 50's clothing with me! Had everything we needed and was very clean."
